All the reading challenges at Riedel Fascination run February 1, 2018 to January 31, 2019 so we don’t have to do wrap-up posts during Christmas and New Year’s time. In keeping with my word of the year for 2018, LIGHTEN, I cut back on reading challenges but wanted to play along with Carolyn’s fun challenges. I set a goal for each one and figured I would be done when I accomplished it, but with some I just kept going. This was my third year for My Kind of Mystery. Last year I logged 71 mysteries for the year, and in order to lighten, I set a goal of 25 books this year and accomplished 34, even with the an abbreviated reading schedule.
